PORK CHOP OR CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
1-2 lb. ground beef, fried until browned
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 cans tomato juice
1 can tomato paste
1 lg. onion, finely sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
4 tsp. sugar
4 bay leaves
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Cook all together for about 1 1/2 hours or until thick. 1/4 c. oil

Wash meat and pat dry. Then put meat in large skillet and fry in oil. Brown meat on both sides until nicely browned. Drain grease off meat. Then put your meat into your homemade sauce and let it cook for about 1 1/2-2 hours.
