HONEY MUSTARD PORK CHOPS OR
CHICKEN
 
1 lg. Reynold's oven cooking bag
1 tbsp. flour
4 pork chops
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
Seasoned salt
4 med. carrots
2 Golden Delicious apples
Basil leaves

Shake flour in cooking bag. Place in baking pan. Mix honey, orange juice and mustard. Pour over chops. Sprinkle chops with salt and basil. Place in bag. Arrange carrots and apple slices in bag around chops. Close bag with tie; slit 2 or 3 (1 inch) holes in top.

I usually keep 2 or 3 cups water, pour around bag, helps keep chops tender.
