2 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. honey
4 chops

Mix honey, mustard, and oil. Place chops on broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 8 minutes. Brush with sauce. Broil 2 minutes. Turn chops; repeat.
