HONEY-MUSTARD PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. peanut oil
2 tsp. honey
4 pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick (about 1 1/4 lb.)

In small bowl, stir together mustard, oil, and honey; set aside. Place chops on rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat source for 8 minutes. Brush with half the sauce. Broil 2 minutes longer. Turn chops and broil 8 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce. Broil 3-5 minutes longer or until tender and browned. Serves 4.
