ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE 
16 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs (one at a time)
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. reg. flour
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. (1 stick) melted butter

Have everything at room temperature. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Combine all ingredients and place in 9 inch greased and floured round pan. Bake for 1 hour - let it stay in the oven 1 more hour after oven has been turned off.
