CHEESE CAKE ITALIAN 
PIE:

2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
1/8 - 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust or a well-buttered 10-inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1-2 c. sour cream
1-2 tsp. vanilla
5-6 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)

Mix ingredients to blend. Pour over top of pie and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Serves 12.
