ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE | |
2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. melted butter 3 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 lb. Ricotta cheese (16 oz.) 3 c. (24 oz.) sour cream 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix cracker crumbs, nuts, cinnamon, and butter. Reserve 3 tablespoons for topping. Grease sides and bottom of pan; press mixture into pan. Blend remaining ingredients all together until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes. |
