OVERNIGHT COOKIES 
2 egg whites, room temperature
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Slowly add sugar and continue beating until sugar is dissolved and mixture is very stiff. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by teaspoon on foil lined cookie sheet.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put in cookies, close door and turn off oven, leave in overnight. DO NOT open oven door after putting cookies until next morning.
