1 lb. bacon 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 3 tbsp. milk 1 pt. mayo 1/4 c. onions 2 lbs. hash browns (frozen) Cook bacon; set aside. Melt Velveeta; add milk, mayo and onions. Mix well. Add bacon to melted cheese. Pour mixture in with uncooked hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
