BLUEBERRY FEATHER MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cream sugar, butter and egg. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture and combine. Add liquid all at once and stir until blended. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into 12 greased large muffin tins.

For Topping: Mix sugar, cinnamon and flour; cut butter into the mixture until it crumbles. Sprinkle over top of muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
