WITCHES' CAKE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. yellow raisins
1 lb. can pumpkin puree
1/2 c. water
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. walnuts

Put eggs, pumpkin, vegetable oil, and water into a bowl and mix. Measure and sift dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into mixture. Blend in nuts and raisins.

Pour into 3 well-greased 1-pound coffee cans. (You can use soup cans.) Place standing up in a 350 degree (175 degree C) oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
