AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. hash brown squares
1 (24 oz.) pkg. hash brown squares
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cans cream of celery soup
1 onion, to taste
2 pkgs. George Washington golden seasoning
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
4 c. corn Chex cereal
Dash garlic salt

1. Thaw hash browns well, break up.

2. Mix rest of ingredients together. Stir well.

3. Add to potatoes.

4. Place in a 9"x13" pan.

5. Crush 4 cups corn Chex cereal and brown in 1 stick butter.

6. Add generous shake of garlic salt.

7. Place mixture over potatoes.

8. Bake at 350 degrees over 1 hour.
