| LAYERED CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE | |

1 pkg. Hamburger Helper cheeseburger macaroni 1 lb. ground beef 2 c. chopped celery 1 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 1/2 c. milk 4 eggs 1 tsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni in boiling water 8 minutes. Drain. Cook and stir ground beef, celery and onion until beef is brown, drain. Grease 9x9x2 inch baking pan. Spread macaroni in pan; top with beef mixture. Beat sauce mix, milk, eggs, mustard. Pour over beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 40-50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 6-8 servings. | |

I added some diced tomatoes and green onion with a little parsley in the stage where I mixed the browned meat with the chopped onion and then added all of that together on top of the noodles and it turned out great. (I skipped the celery b/c I didnt have any on hand) Very yummy, thank you for the recipe!
