LAYERED CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef or venison 1/4 c. onion, sliced 1/2 c. green pepper, sliced Potatoes, sliced Carrots, sliced Celery, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can tomato soup Brown meat with 1/4 cup sliced onion and 1/2 cup sliced green pepper. Drain meat and put in bottom of a 3-quart casserole dish. Top with layer of sliced potatoes; layer of sliced carrots and layer of chopped celery. Mix together 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can tomato soup. Pour over casserole ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
