KIELBASA STEW 
Kielbasa
Salt & pepper
1 c. celery, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
5 med. potatoes, quartered
Mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, green beans), frozen or canned
Water
Cornstarch

Slice kielbasa into small pieces, brown on both sides. Pour small amount of water into skillet with kielbasa. Transfer kielbasa and broth into large pot. Repeat process until all the kielbasa is browned. After kielbasa is browned, add diced celery and onions and potatoes. Cover with water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until tender. Add mixed vegetables, cook for about 15 minutes. Right before it's done - make thickening with cornstarch and water. Add to stew. Great served with cornbread.
