KIELBASA CASSEROLE 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1 ring kielbasa
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Blend soup and milk in two quart casserole. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, kilbasi, soup mixture and cheese, ending with cheese layer. Cover and bake an hour, uncover - continue to bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are done. Bake time: 1 hour and 15 minutes. Temperature: 375 degrees.
