ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD 
2 small pkgs. cook & serve tapioca pudding
1-3 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
3 c. hot water
1-8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
2-11 oz. cans of mandarine oranges (drained)

Cook first 3 Ingredients until lightly thick, stirring constantly. Cool mixture.

Stir in Cool Whip and oranges. Refrigerate completely.

Serve chilled.
