TAPIOCA ORANGE JELLO 
Children really like this one and it keeps for weeks in the refrigerator.

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cook & serve tapioca pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla cook & serve pudding
2 or 3 (8 oz. ea.) cans mandarin oranges (drain and save for liquid)
3 cups liquid (add juice from oranges and water to make up difference)

Put all ingredients into a 4 cup heavier pan. Stir together. Heat on stove, stirring constantly, or until it starts to thicken.

Pour into a serving bowl and immediately stir in oranges. The tapioca keeps the oranges from sinking to the bottom. Chill till cool, then cover with Saran wrap or tin foil.

May serve with whipped cream if desired, but most people just like it plain.

Recipe may be easily doubled or tripled for larger crowds.
