ORANGE TAPIOCA JELLO SALAD 
2 boxes reg. size Americana tapioca
1 box sugar free orange Jello
1 can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 pt. Cool Whip

Cook tapioca pudding in 2 2/3 cups water until thickens. Take off stove and add orange Jello, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple with juice and Cool Whip. Put in refrigerator overnight.
