SUPER CELERY SALMON LOAF 
1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
2 c. flaked salmon with juice
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. minced green pepper, substitute onion if you wish

Mix all and pack lightly into greased loaf pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Pour off excess juice, turn out in warm platter. Provides about 6 servings.
