KIELBASA AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. kielbasi
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 can chicken broth (about 13 oz.)
1/2 c. sweet Vermouth
2 onions, sliced
1 can sauerkraut, washed and drained

Cut kielbasa into 1 1/2 inch pieces, sliced lengthwise. In a deep fry pan brown kielbasa. Add all other ingredients and cover. Cook about one hour until vegetables are cooked.
