KIELBASA, APPLES AND SAUERKRAUT 
Saute 1 medium onion and 1 tablespoon oil until soft. Remove onion. Set aside. Slice kielbasa and brown in same pan. Remove any excess grease. Add:

2 lb. bag sauerkraut
2 peeled, sliced apples
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
Onions which were set aside

Simmer until apples are tender and serve.
