KIELBASA & SAUERKRAUT 
3 to 4 lbs. kielbasa, cut up
2 to 3 lbs. sauerkraut
1 or 2 cans of beef or chicken broth, or if you like use your own stock
1 onion, sauteed

Mix all ingredients in 1 big pot and cook until sauerkraut is slightly soft. Works well in a crock pot. Tastes better the second day.
