KIELBASA AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 lg. Kielbasa
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, sliced
Pepper to taste

Cook meat until boiling or until tender. Slice and place on the side. In a frying pan place butter and onions, fry until tender but not brown. Meanwhile rinse sauerkraut in water until most of the juice is gone. Place sauerkraut into the onion and butter mixture until heated. Add pepper to taste. Add kielbasa and heat through. Serve hot.

This was fantastic! However I did decrease the butter to 5 tsp. I boiled the sliced kielbasa first then added it to the onions to brown a bit. When lightly browned I added the sauerkraut.
