KIELBASA AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 lb. smoked kielbasa
1/4 lb. bacon (about 3 strips)
2 cans sauerkraut
1/4 c. flour
Pepper to taste

Cook kielbasa in water until done. Slice kielbasa 1/4 inch slices and save liquid. Fry bacon in large skillet. Drain and rinse sauerkraut. Add sauerkraut to bacon, fry for a few minutes. Add 2 cups of liquid from cooking kielbasa and add flour. Then add to skillet, cover and cook on low.
