CHICKEN FRIED STEAK & GRAVY 
2 pounds tenderized round steak (or cube steak)
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/3 cup milk
1 cup flour (add more to plate if needed)
1/3 cup cooking oil

Heat oil in large skillet (electric works best). Mix beaten eggs with in shallow bowl. Put flour on flat plate. Salt and pepper steaks. Dip each steak in flour, then egg mixture, then back into flour to coat. Place in skillet and cook for approximately 8 - 10 minutes. Turn when browned on each side, cook to golden brown. Remove steaks from skillet to plate covered with paper towel to drain.

Use drippings from steak to make gravy. Sprinkle flour from plate (use additional flour if needed) to cover bottom of skillet. Add salt and pepper and stir until flour and oil start to turn brown. Add approximately 1 cup milk and stir. As gravy starts to thicken you may need to add more milk to obtain desired thickness.
