1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded zucchini
12 oz. chocolate chips
Chopped walnuts (optional)

Cream first 4 ingredients together with electric mixer. Add egg, vanilla and sour milk, mixing until well blended. Sift dry ingredients and add. Mix in zucchini last. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
