1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey or 1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa or carob powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. diced or shredded zucchini
1/4 c. carob or chocolate chips

Mix all the ingredients together. Place in a greased and floured 9"x12" pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
