MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
1 c. dry macaroni 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. dairy sour cream 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 2 eggs, beaten Cook macaroni according to package directions: drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, Velveeta, cheddar cheese and eggs in buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole. Add cooked macaroni; fold in thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. Rich, easy to prepare. |
