“CAROLINA BRUSSEL SPROUTS” IS IN:

CAROLINA BRUSSEL SPROUTS 
2 cups brussel sprouts, cut in half
olive oil
soy sauce
salt and pepper

Cook sprouts in an olive oiled cast iron skillet, cut side down. Cook for about four minutes. Add soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook to taste, stirring frequently. Add olive oil and soy sauce as needed. We like ours cooked very well. Serve while hot.
