SQUASH PIE 
1 c. grated squash (no seeds)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1 unbaked pie shell

Melt butter, add sugar, flour, eggs; beat well. Add squash, coconut, flavorings. Fill pie shell. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven or until golden brown.
