SQUASH PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 c. squash
Unbaked pie crust

Boil squash, drain and mash up. Add all other ingredients to squash and mix well. Put in an unbaked pie shell and bake at 305 degrees for 30 minutes.
