MACARONI AND HAMBURGER 
2 c. macaroni
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3-4 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato soup

Cook macaroni according to the directions on the package. Melt butter in a skillet and fry onions slightly. Add meat in bits and cook until nearly done. Add tomato soup or puree, celery, and season to taste. Cover and let simmer while macaroni is boiling. Drain macaroni and pour the hot sauce over it immediately. This serves 4-6.
