Vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cherry pie filling

Fill cupcake tins with liners. Put one vanilla wafer, in each cup. Fill each cup with cheese mixture 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Top with spoonfuls of cherry pie filling. Keep refrigerated.
