MAKE AHEAD MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 3 tbsp. instant minced onions 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 egg 1/4 c. milk Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly; shape into 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Bake about 10 minutes or until done. Cool meatballs in pan about 5 minutes. Place in freezer 15 minutes. Pack tightly in 1 quart freezer container, label, date and return to freezer. |
