CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI NUT BREAD 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

In bowl beat eggs until light. While still beating, gradually add sugar, oil, and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate and zucchini. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add gradually to zucchini mixture, stirring well after each addition. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.

Divide batter between 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
