Creamy Pumpkin Pie | |
1 c. Pumpkin 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. milk medium bowl of Cool Whip Put all ingredients except Cool Whip into bowl. Mix well. Add Cool Whip; stir. Pour into baked piecrust or graham cracker crust. Refrigerate. NO COOKING. DO NOT MIX pudding first. Pour dry mix into bowl with the other ingredients. Can top with Streusel Topping. Streusel Topping: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. flour 1/4 c. butter Mix with fork until crumbly. Put on top of pie. Don't cook! |
