LITE & CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 c. pumpkin 1/2 c. cold milk 1 pkg. (6 serving size) vanilla instant pudding 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 3 1/2 c. thawed whipped topping 1 graham cracker crust Combine pumpkin, milk, pudding and spice in small mixer bowl. Beat at lowest speed abut 1 minute. Fold in 2 1/2 cups whipped topping in mixture. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. |
