Baked Boneless Pork Chops

Great easy recipe. I added celery to make it a little more Cajun using a trinity. As many have said, it is very variable and easy to adapt to many tastes, styles, and whims. The gravy alone over mashed potatoes brought raves from my better half. I lost my copy of this recipe so I searched for it before going to the store. Definitely a go to meal for when pork chops are on sale!

This was PERFECT! Probably the best pork chops I've had in a loooong time. The only change I made was that I used grated zucchini instead of peppers. I happened to have a bunch leftover from omelets I made, plus my husband doesn't like peppers. I used only 1 lb thin cut pork chops so I halved everything and only had to bake about 20 minutes. A new family favorite! Thank you!

BEST recipe I have found for pork chops that are not grilled!! Wife loved them! I always fix extra as they are just as good when heated the next day. Love this recipe and didn't change a thing!!!

Excellent recipe. This dish was simple, satisfying, flavorful. I served it with mashed potatoes and broccoli, but most any sides would do. The chops were moist and tender and the sauce was magical. Reheated the next day, even better.

Highly recommended, given its simplicity and variability. I didn't have green peppers or a lemon; used shallots instead of onions. Had the garlic, but didn't think of it at the time. Great basic way of cooking pork chops!

I loved it. I used a red onion and squash/zucchini cubes. I also added a tablespoon on orange marmalade. Wow.. It was great.. A bit of cayenne pepper to tone down the sweetness and it was perfect...

AWESOME!!! Best chops I had in a long time. EZ 2 make and taste great. Only difference is I added a clove of garlic 2 the onion and left out the mushroom and peppers. They were sooo tender and tasty... thanx...
