SRIRACHA SPICED GRILLED TERIYAKI
WINGS
 
16 chicken wings (cut at joint and discard tip)

MARINADE:

1 Stella Artois beer
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 cloves chopped garlic

TERIYAKI SAUCE:

1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup light soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
sriracha, to taste

GARNISH:

celery chips
white sesame seeds

In the whisked marinade place thawed wings for 3 hours. Whisk all sauce ingredients in saucepan and bring to a simmer, adding the cold water and cornstarch last. Add Sriracha to taste in teaspoon quantities.

With grill at 350°F, grill wings on both sides until golden brown (typically 5 minutes on both sides). They are done when the internal temperature is at 160°F. Toss wings in sauce covering thoroughly.

Garnish with celery sliced thin and diagonally, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Then open a cold Stella. Enjoy!
