TERIYAKI WINGS | |
1/4 c. salad oil 1/3 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. ketchup 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 med. clove garlic, minced 3 lbs. chicken wings 1. Cut chicken wings at the joint and remove wing tips. 2. Combine salad oil with above ingredients except chicken. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon pepper. 3. Place chicken in 9 x 14 inch baking dish. Pour marinade over pieces. Cover at least 6 hours, turning occasionally. 4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange wings in shallow roasting pan. Bake 40 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade until tender. Turn once. 3 dozen pieces. |
