PIZZA POTATOES 
1 pkg. (5.5 oz.) scalloped potatoes
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Empty potato slices and seasoned salt mix into baking dish, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling. Pour over potatoes; stir until well mixed. Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes. Garnish with hot peppers, if desired. Serves 4.
