PIZZA POTATOES 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 oz. sliced pepperoni
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a 2-quart casserole, mix potatoes, seasoning packet, mashed tomatoes, water, and oregano. Put pepperoni on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Yield 4 servings.
