POTATO PIZZA | |
5 med. potatoes, sliced raw 1/2 c. aged cheese, shredded 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 diced onion 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a 9x12 inch deep casserole pan. Sprinkle with cheese. In a frying pan, brown the hamburger; drain. Over low heat, add to the hamburger, cheese soup, tomato soup, milk, onion and spices. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour half of hamburger mixture over potatoes in pan. Arrange remaining potato slices over the hamburger, and spread remaining hamburger mixture over final layer of potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake 15 minutes more. Remove and serve hot. |
