POTATO PIZZA 
1 lb. ground chuck, browned and seasoned
4 potatoes, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can milk
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. sugar

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer meat, potatoes, onions and meat. Mix the cheese soup, milk, sugar, tomato sauce, oregano and garlic powder. Pour over the meat and potato layers.

Bake at 350 degrees of 1 1/2 hours. (Should be covered with foil.) Remove foil, cover with Mozzarella cheese slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes, uncovered.
