POTATO PIZZA BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned with a tsp. of salt
1 med. onion, sliced thinly
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can milk
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter (to dot top)
6 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes

Place potatoes and onions in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Add seasoned meat. Mix cheese, soup and milk and pour over meat. Add oregano and sugar to tomato sauce and pour over cheese sauce, but do not mix. Dot with butter; cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more. Add Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and bake 15 minutes longer.
