1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Bisquick (for biscuits)
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
12 thin slices cheese

Mix hamburger and seasoning and form into six patties. Mix Bisquick according to directions on box for 12 rolled biscuits, cut into 12 circles. Place a meat pattie between two biscuits with slice of cheese. Seal together, press edges, prick top and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
