CHICKEN HASH 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. light cream
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour. Add the chicken broth and cream and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Turn into buttered shallow casserole. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned. Serve over toast points. 4 servings.
