WW CHICKEN HASH 
2 tsp. oil
Pinch red pepper
1 c. chicken broth
12 oz. diced, cooked potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. green chilies
1 tbsp. flour
12 oz. diced chicken

Heat oil and cook with chilies and red pepper about 1 minute. Stir in flour, broth, chicken, potatoes, and salt - gradually. Cook 10-15 minutes. Serves 4. (1/2 fat, 3 protein, 1 bread, 20 optionals)
