BAKED CHICKEN HASH 
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped fine
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat milk until it films and pour over crumbs. Add butter and let stand 5 minutes. Mix meat, onion, celery and seasonings. Stir eggs into crumbs and add meat mixture. Pour into greased casserole. Set in pan of warm water. Bake 45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
